Differential delivers results oriented consulting for EA and BPM (BPA + BPMS). We tie in Enterprise Architecture to BPM via capability maps that cut across corporate functions and locations. Each capability in the capability map is linked to supporting processes, which describe the flow of work from beginning to end including interactions or touch points with the customer or trading partner. Our partnership with BPM tool vendors enables us to implement an integration framework for BPM that includes both Process Modeling and Executable Design including the Human Task Framework, the Integration Framework, the Business Rules Framework and Complex Event Processing. BPM plays a central role in business process improvement initiatives which feature comparative analysis of current-state and proposed process models.
